New snow on the hill has made the first turns of the season possible, and blue skies were a bonus. Very respectable cover on the Ciste Fairway (which is the run that's caught the most snow), though best skiing conditions today were in Marquis' Well where the cover has had a chance to consolidate. Some good skiing to mid-station (via Traverse, Cas/105, Zig Zags), though a bit sparse in places - if the large drifts were bashed out then would potentially provide a good surface.
Massive thanks to Mike Wells for getting out there and taking todays photos. Rock and roll!
