Sail Liath (954m / T)
Sgurr Fiona (1060 / M)
Bidean a' Ghlas Thuill (1062 / M)
Left carpark by Corrie Hallie, heading up the Shenavall Path before breaking off over the river and up to the main rocky ridge leading round. Views opening up into the main coire of An Teallach. Paused by Lochan na Brathan for snacks + suncream, before starting the ascent of Sail Liath. 50mins later, standing on top of Sail Liath, with excellent views all round. Headed on, to the 960m point, where we had lunch. Then round the Corrag Bhuidhe pinnacles, incl. Lord Berkeley's Seat, before going on to Sgurr Fiona. From there to Bidean a' Ghlas Thuill, and then a descent to the bealach to the north, and then steepish descent eastwards into the Glas Tholl. From there, fairly long and dull descent back to the car. Thick Rhodedendrons nearing the car, in amongst the Scots Pine.

Weather: Sunshine and blue skies, some clouds coming in later on in the day once on the descent.
Mike encountered a mini-tornado-like occurrence near the top of Bidean a' Ghlas Thuill - loud and picking up a lot of dirt.
