Situated amongst the eastern Cairngorms, the Lecht 2090 is located on the well known A939 Cockbridge to Tomintoul road, and is approximately 55 miles from Inverness and Aberdeen.

The Lecht is situated on the A939, between Tomintoul (to the north-west) and Cockbridge (to the south-east), and is accessible from Speyside and Aviemore, Donside and Aberdeen, Royal Deeside and Perth. If the south access is closed, there is an alternative route via Dufftown. Base Station is situated beside the road-side carpark. • Air
Numerous airlines operate flights to Inverness or Aberdeen. Car hire can transport you the additional distance to the Lecht.
